Lessons

Lessons are given one to one, online, by Ann-Kathrin. A lesson is 25 or 50 minutes as booked. The trial lesson is 25 minutes.

Booking and cancelling

You can cancel or move a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, the lesson counts as taken. If Kat has to cancel, you get the lesson back in full and can rebook at any time.

If you do not turn up

Kat waits 15 minutes. After that the lesson counts as taken. If your internet fails, tell her as soon as you can and she will do her best to find another time.

Payment

Lessons are paid in advance. Payments are handled by Stripe, and prices shown in a currency other than euro are a conversion at the day's rate.

Your account

Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to this site. You can close your account at any time.

Notes and materials Kat shares with you are for your own learning. Please do not resell or publish them.
